Easter Party

We started the week off learning about the different animals that hatch from eggs. The children made Easter Chicks to display in our toy room.
They started by painting...

Then they glued feathers on their chicks.

They made nests for their baby chick eggs out of paper bags and practiced their cutting skills.

The next day we talked about bunnies and had bunny races.

For our Easter Party they made Easter grass crackers with marshmallow bunnies,

Then they made Easter Chick Hats for the Easter Egg Hunt.

 

And finally it was time for the Easter Egg Hunt!

After the Egg Hunt we played outside and the kids had fun blowing their new bubbles.

Thanks for all the donations for our egg hunt, it was a lot of fun and turned out great!
